For the money, it’s a pretty great spot from which to explore Istanbul. Perfect location, basic rooms, nice staff, great breakfast. We had an issue with the toilet upon check in and they had us in a new room immediately.

The hotel staff was very friendly specially Ersin, it's close to everything (markets, restaurants, transportation.. etc), in terms of cleanliness it was clean and the cleaning staff was very helpful. NOTE: But if you wanna book a room here, be careful to choose a room with a window, cuz there is a room that not have a window :) just be careful of that.

Soner and Amet from the front desk were beyond amazing! They were so kind from the day I checked in up to the day I left the hotel. The restaurant staff were amazing and very friendly as well! I really loved my stay here!

Location was amazing, the staff went above and beyond to help with absolutely anything I needed, experts at all the tips and tricks to really make the most of your time to see the best parts of Istanbul. Cannot recommend this hotel higher!

Breakfast until 10.30 but by 10.15 almost everything is hidden. The hotel day is until 12.00 and at 11.50 they already call from the reception to leave the hotel.

Great staff and location, beautiful reception area. Even a fruit plate and coffee upon arrival and a little gift upon departure. Fantastic

Me and my husband were staying there for 1 week. I think the best place to stay there. Staffs are so friendly and respectful. Specially recommending location. Surrounded by so many restaurants, exchanges and all transportation station. Highly recommend you.
